Our aim is to design and deliver impactful learning interventions which are measurable and impactful. We are the people developers you din't know you could have! We partner with organizations for Learning & Development initiatives, taking care of end to end intervention and training delivery. We have a network of empanelled trainers in all major cities of India.
Learning Village's expertise helps organizations drive employee productivity, develop a line of future leaders, and craft nuanced and need-based learning journeys. Our work also involves integrating livelihood skilling and capability development into an organisation's CSR strategy.

Founded by Priya Arora, we are on the path to set up Learning Villages in organisations across India. We bring in pedagogies based in alternative and experiential learning, harnessing natural ways of learning, blending local wisdom with global science and the technology of the day.

The interventions that we design and deliver and the experience of the learners is our principal focus. If they are not happy or you feel the outcome intended is not achieved, we will not charge you for the workshop, no questions asked.
